Cocomelody review…

The dress arrived in exactly 4 weeks for an additional $69.00 for 7 days earlier, than the normal shipping time of 5-6 weeks.

Upon delivery I was charged an additional €28 for custom fees as the dress arrived from China. The dress was folded with expert precision in the traditional delivery plastic. The quality of the fabric was marked by its thickness and supple form. The zipper was Quality made with a decent sized tab to facilitate the closure yet remain discreet. The skirt had the volume density and fullness I desired. During my fitting my modiste remarked at the dress quality saying that it was perfect.

On my wedding day the top closure of the dress the hook and eye closure that gave form to the bust, failed to hold. 

We were able to make a quick stitch at the top but it did not last long as you can see from the photos early in the day the top held up fine. But as the day went on the boning around the bust began to cave in, leaving me hanging.

Another highlight was the customer service communication after placing my order I actually request to change the size of the dress and my request was immediately granted. All email communication to customer service with swift and efficient. All in all I am satisfied with the cocomelody experience and my dress.
