55×5 | Mid-Month Check-In: Cycle Four,Week two of month four.

The flow is real — and so is the need to contain it.

I’m deep in cycle four of 55×5, and if I had to describe where I am right now in one image: fireworks. Ideas exploding in every direction, lighting up the sky with color and possibility, each one pointing toward something bright and beautiful on the horizon.

But here’s the thing about fireworks — they’re gorgeous because they’re contained. Left unchecked, that same energy becomes wildfire.

The flow is strong. The ideas are coming fast and free, cascading into one another before I can even capture them all. There’s a creative momentum building that I genuinely didn’t anticipate when I started this practice. Working from our home overlooking the Mediterranean, the vineyard rolling out below — it’s an almost ridiculous amount of inspiration to be surrounded by. I’m not taking a single morning of it for granted.

But the body is keeping score. My writing shoulder is reminding me, gently but firmly, that I’ve been asking a lot of it. This isn’t alarming — it’s a normal sign of age and intensity — but it is a message I’m choosing to hear. I’ve made a promise to myself and to my husband: stay present. Stay grounded. The future is luminous and I can see it clearly, but I live here, in the now. That means honoring the vessel that makes all this work possible.

My new non-negotiable: Get up and move every couple of hours. Health and vitality are reclaiming center stage. When the ideas are flowing, the hardest thing is to stop — but the wisest thing is to step away, walk, breathe, look out at the sea, and come back renewed.

All this flow is asking for some ebb.

And now, a preview.

After 30 days of 55×5, the momentum and motivation this practice has built deserve a worthy next chapter. So I’ve been quietly outlining what comes after — a five-step process that picks up exactly where 55×5 leaves off.

Starting May 1st, I’ll be rolling out this next project. I’ll share the full framework in about a week, but consider this your heads-up: something is coming, and it’s designed to take everything you’ve built here and give it direction, structure, and staying power.

More soon. In the meantime — listen to your heart. It knows the pace you need.

Thanks for being here. See you in the next one.

I really love and appreciate your content. However, I think I speak for most when I say, we’d prefer to watch or listen to a video. Audio is better received because it’s more versatile.
So, if you can send both, that would at least give us an option.

    Kind regards,

    Lovette🫶🏽
