No vineyard.
No husband.

No wedding date.
No clear path forward.
Just a quiet belief that somehow, somewhere, life was still unfolding in my favor.
During some of my darkest moments, I held onto a simple idea:
Rest in the feeling that it is already done.
Not because you know how it will happen.
Not because you can see the next step.
But because gratitude allows you to experience the future before it arrives.
I spent years learning to be thankful for things I couldn’t yet touch.
A love I hadn’t met.
A life I hadn’t built.
A version of myself I had not yet become.
Today, when I sit overlooking the vineyards of the South of France, married for the first time at 50, I often think about the woman who kept believing anyway.
The woman who chose gratitude before the evidence appeared.
If you’re in a season of waiting, this is your reminder:
✨ Rest in the feeling.
✨ Celebrate what’s coming.
✨ Trust what is unfolding behind the scenes.
Sometimes the future arrives exactly as your heart whispered it would.
